**Teachers are a critical resource in education**
On Saturday, Carisma4U joined forces with 1 Million Teachers in the effort to build teachers who would enable us build a pipeline of STEM warriors among our children. As we deliberated with other stakeholders and partners on how to resuscitate the Educational sector in Nigeria and Africa at large, the general consensus was that teachers are a valuable resource in the Educational ecosystem and as such the work 1 Million teachers does is critical in our transformation efforts.
Jude Idada was there to add his literary prose and personal experiences with teachers to the occasion. Our other partners; SEED , Edugist as well as friends HappyTeacher, Sabiwriters were on board to encourage the inaugural awardees of the esteemed Black belt teachers program as initiated by 1MillionTeachers. We are excited about our work together and raising Highly Value Added Teachers into the lives of our children here in Africa! Thank you Queens University Windsor, Canada for caring and investing in the future of our children.
